Happy chinese new year peeps!

It's the new year~!
THe year of the OX!!!

The chinese new year celebration proved to be yet another ritual of visiting, making friendly, and binging on the ever big number and variations of goodies!

New Year Eve
Had the tuan yuan fan at uncle no. 8 (also the youngest)
So many young young lil kids that call me aunty liao.... make feel so old...

neways it's jz the bei fen that makes me an aunt! not my actual age anyway! so many ppls... duno their names, except for the bunch of the old old people i've seen since my young carefree lil kiddo days- then aunts and uncle n those of the same bei fen plus a handful of the nephews n niecces only
O.o i got 8 uncles and 4 aunties okay! with aunts unavailable and uncle no. 7 off to india for hol??...

Day 1
Here comes the day of which we have the house visiting among ALL the father's side's family members! the specialties i can remember from 'em are as below according to their turn:

my place (dad is no.5): the meeting place in the morning and the place for breakfast. they all ate zai or rather vegetarian. i had my mee sua n chicken. muahaha! my nuclear family dun really practice eating zai also... bleux~

uncle 2: they always have siew mai during cny! then they got all ths cute cute lil forks from vietnam with its holders taking the shape of various tropical fruits wan! cheap n yet steady stuff okayyy

uncle 6: was his birthday as well man! nyehehehe... then we ate sum of the bday cake... oh ya they got the beepang as in the corn made beepang n not the usual rice beepang we see from kl i think?

uncle 1: lunch time! i especially like the porridge with mushroom and the curry was absolutely amazing! hmmm oh n thr was potato salad as well. if i wasn't so full, i might have gone for a second round :P

uncle 4: bz day for the married cousin. she's getting ready all her stuff n flying it off to ipoh whr her husband is from. whilst we, well we just hung around. daddy had a nap at the table

cousin (late aunt 1's son): totally mesmerized. explored their 'music room' which had a piano, guitar and a drum set. the piano, biasalah play suang onli... then fiddled around with the unknown-the drums! heheh... ANYBODY OUT THR WILLING TO TUTOR A NOOb in drums LIKE ME?! it'll be so cool to play
haha

uncle 8: last house of the day! but but.... din go... :P so sowie!!

grandma (mum's side): dropped by hr for around half an hour after lunch...

and with that, we conclude DAY 1 OF CNY!!

Day 2
11am- woke up, took a shower, n welcomed the mum's side of the family to the house. then auntie zakina came over. then after that we had lunch finally
after lunch-sleep
530pm- woke up again n went to jullie's open house (just opposite the house) and hung around until 8-ish
8 plus-online until now
hehehe... i think i slept too much or something?? cos i'm still feeling uber tired!

Day 3
allocated for visiting all the mirian friends!! :P see ya all tmr!
