(tried and tested)
what u should do to have satisfactory bowel movement
as in every 1 (i'd wish) or 2 days for me

1. eat a LOT of veges!
-as in AT LEAST a fistful or 2 for EVERY meal
-liddat sure got more than enough roughage for anyone lar (haha)

2. drink lotsa water
-like 2 litres? nyehehehe
-tho i can't say i've been drinking that much

3. all the other methods:
-fruits: HUMONGOUS LOADS OF IT (which is kinda hard considering whr i'm studying now)
-oatmeal: not the packaged one, the real tin one-5tablespoons of it! which can get a bit bland with time

(personally, first method most effective for me lor, if not, my 'shitting' frequencies are 3 days at most n may last to 4/5 days if i'm eating the amount ppl normally eat)

now, i'll see whether it works when it's NOT during the menstrual cycle.

i have a huge hunch that it's the menstrual cycle causing my GIT to be exceptionally relaxed at this time... hmph
